Who are we?

We are "Black Pearle" an Alternative band with a 
  Rock/ Funk/ Metal edge

Our music is original and fresh with a twist. We started out in July of 2005, members of different bands we came together and fused a whole new sound. Now, we are here to bring you something different with a new metal edge. 

Meet the Band:  

Delilah
Vocalist
Born and raised in Queens, Delilah is the newest edition to Black Pearle. Her musical influences cross
various boundaries, from Coheed and Cambria to Linda Eder to Michael Jackson, Slipknot to Darren Hayes to Alanis Morrisette, and (almost) everything in between.Growing up she studied musical theatre to pursue a Broadway career but found the genre too stuffy and her love of alternative rock more interesting.  "It's easier to be creative when you're not in a bubble."

Mitch Springle
Lead Guitarist
Born and raised in Manhatten, the Chelsea area. Some of his influences are Neal Schon (Journey), Prince, Nile Rodgers (Chic) and alot of metal bands: Annihilator & Helloween. His approach to the guitar is to invoke different feelings thru sound, wether it be love, anger, hurt or a carefree expression. Not one to be bound by rules and regulations he plays for mental release not a mental challenge. The one thing that has always been a steady influence in his life, is his love for music.



Ken Collins
Bass
A native New Yorker, was born from parents from the South. He grew up in the projects and found peace of mind in music. Through his brother, being a DJ and a revolutionary, he experienced music from artists like "The Last Poets" to George Clinton.  As a teenager he grew fond of rock music. One of his favorite artists is Ozzy Osbourne. "I find music to be the best drug; certain kinds of music trigger different emotions but doesn't hurt the body."
